Trained at the RM "A" school. My barracks was close to the chow hall. I remember the gee-dunk wagons and laundry trucks coming to the barracks. Went duck pin bowling Horse back riding on Big Red, built a unit to learn morse code, fished in the Delaware river. I remember all the graduating class's had a painting they left signifying their time there with a special message woven into the painting. Anybody remember what the message was? I also remember a sadistic MA there that liked to play sniper with those who had extra duty to clean the floors at the school. Our class mostly got shore stations and I got Rota, Spain with Peter Hatch. Would love to find some of my classmates.
